Namo Buddha Panauti Day Hike (Photo Feature)

I have mentioned about one of the most sacred Buddhist Sites called ‘Namo Buddha’ in previous post. On the 4th of August 2012, I, along with 3 other friends, had been to the place. It is situated 40km southeast of Kathmandu valley in other district called Kavre. Here is the link to the legend of Namo Buddha.

There is ‘Thrangu Tashi Yangtse Monastery’ in Namo Buddha. I had never been inside any Monastery. When I got inside, oh wow! I was not willing to come out. It was so beautifully decorated and peaceful that one could hear their own heartbeat. The monastery is located on the top of the hill so the view around is outstanding. I tried to capture the beautiful view around.
